I have a lot to say, but not much time. I have been thinking about this
since last night.
First, I do read the comments. Thank you. My discourse on the existence
of ghosts is just a beginning. This is a starting point, I don't know
where it is going. My guess is that to fully explore this thought it
would take ten thousand words and that means it will have to be in a
book!
Second, the disclaimer (and I really hate to have to say this because I
do not want to insult your intelligence). Be good to yourself. Don't go
to extremes and call it my diet. There are certain limits that the
human body can endure. Always consult a physician before you change
your diet or exercise.
Although I will be heavier in the fall and thinner in the spring, I am
only looking at roughly a 6% change in body mass. For me this is about
a 12 pound fluctuation. I plan on losing about 1 lb a week during the
winter and gaining about 1 lb a week during the summer.
Third, todays installment about my crazy diet:
I don't skip holidays! You have to choose your culture (no double
dipping on holidays!). I think these are an important cultural,
emotional and spiritual aspect of life. Traditionally, this time of
year is a big celebration for most every culture. So I will enjoy this
season. I won't eat as much as I used to, but I will enjoy.
My kids made this gingerbread house and asked me to wish everyone a happy holidays!
