Welcome to my new website. I always pay attention to my birthday. It usually sets the tone for the year to come. This year I spent my birthday with good friends. I am really looking forward to 2009 which will bring about many changes and new adventures.

Up until now, my website has been a place for people to learn about the “real” Allison DuBois. I really want to do more. My goal is to help people get to a better place in life and to live with no regrets. This new website is here to help more people do that. In addition to my newsletters that help the spirit, I will be adding sections to help the body and the mind. Throughout the year look for recipes, discussion groups and more.
