Winter Solstice, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year |

As a amateur stargazer I know that today is the winter solstice. This is the shortest day of the year and has historically been celebrated. I wish you all good tidings!
Today I am starting a new diet. Some would say I should wait until New Years but I am not because my new diet is based on the seasons. I call it the four seasons diet and I will let you know how it's going as the year progresses.

p.s. A quick note for all of you from Australia. My diet is based on the seasons and I have not quite figured out how to deal with the southern hemisphere. Everything should work fine, it will just be six months out of phase. I will have to leave it up to you to decide if you want to wait six months to start reading or just pretend. |
