FlowerWhen the deceased come through to me many of them have regrets from their life. I’m sharing this with you so that you think about how your life affects those around you, especially the ones you claim to love.

Please remember that when you say, “I love you” to someone only you feel the effects that come from feeling that way for that person. What I mean is that if you truly adore another person you show them through your actions not just through words. We’ve all been told I love you at some point in our lives. How many of the people who said those words to you remained in your life?

The deceased often regret not making amends with the people that they walked away from or people they hurt in life. Think about that because as long as we’re alive we still have the power to reach out and say, “Let’s not live in the past, I miss you and I’d like to have you back in my life and move forward.”

Sometimes you’ll be forgiven and sometimes you won’t but the effort will speak volumes. Remember, if you’re thinking of resurrecting a relationship that was important to you swallowing your pride may be in order. If we all decide not to waste our time in life by holding grudges or living in the past we’ve consciously chosen to better ourselves and have demonstrated love to those who mean the most to us.

Live life large and without regret!
