May 2017 Forecast

tommcmullan  The first half of this month has Mercury conjunct Uranus in Aries. Information will seem to come at us at lightning speed. This is a good time to think outside the box and come up with new ways of seeing and doing things. This combination can give one a genius idea that comes from an intuitive impulse. On the down side, be careful of accidents and impulsively jumping to wrong conclusions, especially while Mercury is retrograde until the 4th.
Communication seems to be the theme of the month with Mars in Mercury’s sign of Gemini. The middle of the month has Mars squaring Neptune in Pisces. This can be a very deceptive energy. Don’t let others try and deceive you into believing what isn’t true. With Jupiter making a favorable aspect to Mars at the same time, listen to your own truth, so you can sort through the external noise.
Venus enters Aries this month and has two important aspects. One is a square to Saturn, which will make you look at all of the imperfections in your relationships. The other is an opposition to Jupiter, which makes you want more than you have. A scary proposition if you ask me. Since the Mercurial energy rules this month, again I warn you about jumping to conclusions.
The Full Moon in Scorpio on the 10th asks us to transform our desires from selfish concerns and look to others as a way to see that we all belong together in our need to feel connected.

April 2017 Forecast

tommcmullan Venus has been retrograde in Aries this past month making us look at our actions regarding relationships. On the 3rd of April it will continue to move in reverse and enter compassionate Pisces. This is either a suffer in love or serve in love dynamic. With Mars in Taurus, which is also ruled by Venus, this creates a charitable aspect that makes us want to spend money on those in need.

Mercury will be going retrograde for three weeks on the 9th. This always allows for introspective thinking more than direct action of thought. Because it will spend most of this time going backwards in Aries, this would be a good time for self evaluation.

There will be a Full Moon in Libra on the 10th making a powerful grand cross in the take charge Cardinal signs with Cancer, Capricorn, and Aries. There will be major decisions that will take action this month because of this stressful energy, and don’t expect everyone to like what takes place. There will be a lot of continued disagreements within our political community. The Sun in Aries joins Uranus in Aries on the 13th and adds to the heated debate.

The Sun enters the money sign of Taurus on the 20th with Mars moving into jittery Gemini the next day. We will probably see a lot of action and movement with the stock market in the latter part of the month because of this. Since Saturn is making a favorable aspect to Uranus, things shouldn’t get too crazy.

March 2017 Forecast

tommcmullan  The first day of this month has the Sun come to the exact degree of Neptune in Pisces. This highlights creativity, sensitivity, delusion and illusion. This can be a very mystical energy or just getting lost in dreamland.
With Mars making a favorable aspect to studious Saturn in fire signs, you could really make your dreams a reality. Mars also sits next to inventive Uranus with both in Aries, so jumping forward seems to be the momentum. This creates impulsive action. Our instinct is to fear risk, but this is a favorable time to take some.
Venus is in Aries also, but retrogrades on the 4th, meaning it’s time to reevaluate your relationships. Did you impulsively enter into something recently that is not working out? If so, cut your ties now before it gets worse.
Mars enters the self sustaining sign of Taurus on the 9th. This grounds you and makes you work on practical matters. The focus will be on how you can make more money and work toward those goals.
The strongest aspect happening this month continues to be the ongoing opposition between Jupiter and Uranus squaring Pluto. Jupiter makes us want to do things in a big way and Uranus asks us to change old habits and find new ways. Pluto in the mix demands transformation. Nothing screams progress more than this. So go out there and make it happen.
