Ticket sales are final. There are no refunds prior to the scheduled day and time of the event for ticket purchases.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted except as described below.
Event Postponement:
If the event is postponed, all tickets will automatically be valid for the new event date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund by contacting us either before the original event date or within two weeks of the reschedule announcement, whichever is later. Please note that no refunds will be processed before the original event date.
Event Cancellation:
If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
No Refunds for Other Reasons:
No refunds will be issued for any other reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, or personal emergencies.
Admission:
Your name will serve as your ticket. After purchasing, your name and email will be added to the entry list. For admission, you may present a valid ID, or show your electronic or printed receipt. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not comply with event policies or local regulations.
Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability:
Attendance at the event is at your own risk. The organizer, venue, and their affiliates are not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, or damage sustained during the event, except where caused by gross negligence. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to release the organizer from any liability for such occurrences to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to Event:
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the same-day event start time and location within 12 miles. Any such changes will not constitute a reason for a refund unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Photography & Recording:
By attending the event, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording, and its release, publication, or reproduction.
Code of Conduct:
All attendees are expected to act respectfully toward staff and other guests. The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee violating event policies or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
